Job Summary:
In this exciting role as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Lead at Sriven Technologies LLC, you will oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud platform infrastructure for a leading BFS client. With a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, you will implement and manage DevOps practices, leverage containerization technologies, and establish security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud platform infrastructure to optimize scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to accelerate software development and deployment cycles.
  • Leverage containerization technologies (i.e., Docker) and orchestration tools (i.e., Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and scaling of applications.
  • Establish and enforce security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Implement robust monitoring solutions and incident response processes to ensure platform availability and reliability.
  • Evaluate and select third-party tools, technologies, and services that enhance the effectiveness and capabilities of the platform.
  • Lead a team of platform engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud platform, including proficiency in cloud services, architecture, and best practices.
  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in cloud platforms are a plus.
  • Strong expertise in implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (i.e., Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies (i.e., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (i.e., Kubernetes).
  • In-depth understanding of platform security, access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements in a regulated industry like banking.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of platform engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
