Project Leadership Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled project manager to lead projects from inception to completion.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project progress by establishing clear timelines, tracking milestones, and facilitating communication among team members.
  • Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders, including core teams, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Implement monitoring practices to report on project progress, utilizing metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage comprehensive project budgets and financial plans that align with project objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, to evaluate project performance.
  • Respond promptly to stakeholder inquiries and management requests.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to management regarding project status.
  • Maintain financial reports and dashboards providing stakeholders with a clear overview of financial performance.
  • Identify potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management including financial analysis.
  • PMP Certification is an advantage.
