Financial Due Diligence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Intelligence: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target business, encompassing its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Client Service Execution: Spearhead client services as Engagement Manager, overseeing project execution and team leadership.
  • Information Analysis: Interpret and analyze information memoranda, business plans, and publicly available data to inform due diligence efforts.
  • Deliverables: Produce high-quality output, including Excel and PowerPoint documents, within agreed timelines.
  • Financial Review: Review historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets, as well as evaluate operating trends, quality of earnings, and maintainability of EBITDA.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify key issues related to the deal, assess their impact on valuation, and advise on ways to address them.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Establish and manage independent relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with risk management procedures.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Maintain a strong knowledge-sharing culture, continually improve processes, and effectively build and manage teams.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development, proposals, and cost estimates.
