Our company is at the forefront of robotics innovation, designing intelligent, self-climbing robots for urban use to clean skyscraper windows without human assistance.

We're looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance processes as we scale from development to large-scale production. You'll work closely with hardware, software, and AI teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards for safety, reliability, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both hardware and software quality management, as well as experience working with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and AI-powered systems. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality strategies that drive excellence in hardware and software development.
  • Lead the quality control team in testing, validation, and inspection processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement in our products.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in robotics, automation, or aerospace.
  • Strong expertise in hardware and software quality management.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and AI-powered systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or a related field.
