Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor servers, networks, and IT systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Handle user management, access control, and IT support.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Apply security patches, antivirus, and backup solutions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Work closely with teams to ensure business continuity and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a System/IT Administrator or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN.
  • Proficiency in backup & recovery tools, system monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
