Project Manager Role:

As a Senior Project Strategist at Kunato, you'll play a crucial role in driving successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring seamless project workflows.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships to support project objectives.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators, providing regular updates on project progress.

Skillset:

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve project-related challenges.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership capabilities to guide and inspire project teams.
  • Agile Methodology: Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies, with experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Confluence and Jira: Hands-on experience with Confluence for efficient project documentation and collaboration, and proficient in utilizing Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
