Business Analyst - Financial Operations

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in aligning IT solutions with our business goals.
About the Role:

This position is responsible for defining requirements, proposing solutions, and contributing to the improvement of our business processes.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with our stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating workshops to elicit review and confirm business requirements, business process reengineering, data and workflows, business models, business rules, and user interface design.
  • Sketching complex design concepts and estimating effort based on business requirements.
  • Leading collaborative design discussions with key stakeholders across IT and business to ensure design is consistent, accurate, flexible, and scalable.
  • Providing expertise and approvals during the development phase, test planning, and ensuring solutions meet overall design requirements.
Technical Skills:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of financial operations and business processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
