  • As Head of Quality Assurance at Panacea Biotec, you will lead the Quality Assurance function to ensure manufacturing processes meet stringent regulatory standards for vaccine drug substance production.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Quality Culture: Foster a quality culture by encouraging open communication, continuous learning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and continuously improve the QMS to ensure compliance with international regulatory standards.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure manufacturing processes comply with local and international regulatory guidelines, and stay updated with global regulations.
    • Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, including in-process testing, final release testing, and stability testing.
    • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team to ensure high competence and motivation.
  • Requirements:
    • Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical or biotech industries, with at least 5 years in vaccine or biologics manufacturing.
