Job Title: Site Head

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Head to lead our manufacturing operations at our Lalru, Punjab facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, efficient production processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:Financials:
  • Develop and implement financial plans to ensure budget control and adherence to company standards.
  • Participate in annual business planning and budgeting for the manufacturing plant.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective alternatives and improvements to production processes.
  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and achieve set targets.
Customer:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer quality standards.
  • Liaise with product line managers to plan and predict customer orders.
  • Collaborate with functional managers to understand operational needs and ensure seamless plant operations.
  • Establish and maintain quality systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality products.
  • Oversee manufacturing budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvements to deliver manufacturing efficiencies and enhanced compliance standards.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing of products to meet company goals and objectives.
People & Information Technology:
  • Ensure adequate recruitment, training, and staff development to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and direction to direct reports.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain information systems to support operational management and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a biologicals or vaccine manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and related areas.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive change and implement improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
