**Job Title**: Executive Assistant (EA) with Digital and Social Media Skills

Position: Plant Head

Division: Motorhomes

Location: Lalru, Dera Bassi, Punjab (Ambala-Chandigarh highway)

Reports to: Director/CEO

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Division Head.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

**Digital and Social Media Management**:

- Monitor and analyze social media trends and metrics to optimize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the Division Head and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between marketing, production, QA teams, and vendor partners.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.

**Client Relations**:

- Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients for meetings, project updates, and feedback.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Project Management**:

- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and special projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for management review.

**Vendor Management**:

- Coordinate with vendor partners for procurement, deliveries, and service agreements.
- Maintain a database of vendors and monitor performance.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

**Project Management**:

- Successful completion of projects within timelines and budgets.
- Quality of project status reports and management presentations.

**Vendor Relations**:

- Effective management and negotiation of vendor contracts.
- High quality and timely delivery of vendor services and products.

**Administrative Efficiency**:

- Number of scheduling conflicts or missed deadlines.
- Time taken to prepare and deliver reports and presentations.

**Digital Metrics**:

- Increase in social media followers and engagement rates.
- Number of successful digital campaigns and their reach/impact.

**Coordination Success**:

- Number of coordination issues or communication breakdowns.
- Percentage of on-time deliverables and completed action items.

**Client Feedback**:

- Client satisfaction scores and feedback.
- Response time to client inquiries and issues.

**Project Delivery**:

- Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.
- Quality ratings of project deliverables.

**Vendor Performance**:

- Vendor performance ratings and compliance with service agreements.
- Cost savings achieved through effective vendor negotiations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with digital and social media responsibilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication in English and Hindi, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is a plus.

**Work Environment**: The EA will work in a fast-paced office environment with occasional requirements to visit production sites and vendor locations. Flexibility and adaptability are key to succeeding in this role.
