We are seeking a talented Embedded Software Tester to join our team. As an Embedded Software Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products by identifying and reporting defects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, as well as experience with automation testing tools and techniques.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled tester who is passionate about delivering high-quality software products. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing test plans and cases to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality.
  • Identifying and reporting defects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience with embedded systems development.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, and Modbus.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
