Job Description

As a sales closer in our EdTech mentorship program, your primary responsibility will be to engage with pre-qualified leads, utilize a proven sales process, and enroll prospects in our programs. You will also manage your pipeline, schedule calls, follow up, and update our CRM system daily.

Our goal is for you to consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue targets, which will directly reflect your performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a closer in the EdTech industry
  • Proven ability to sell courses or mentorship programs priced at ₹50,000 or above
  • Excellent rapport-building, objection-handling, and urgency-creating skills
  • Confidence, emotional intelligence, and high results-driven motivation
