Job Title: Sr. IT EDI Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to administer and optimize electronic data interchange (EDI) processes across our enterprise systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer EDI Transactions: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Onboard Trading Partners: Manage the onboarding process for new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Analyze and Resolve Issues: Collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with EDI standards and company policies, including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Integration Projects: Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines.
  • Provide Support for Audits: Provide support for audits, testing, and validation of new or modified EDI processes.

Requirements:

  • Supply Chain Experience: Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with Cloud-based EDI Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of EDI processes and technologies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
