We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Indirect Taxation professional to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and overseeing all indirect tax related functions, including VAT, GST, excise, and other indirect taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable indirect tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file timely and accurate indirect tax returns.
  • Provide tax advice and guidance on various business operations.
  • Conduct indirect tax audits and resolve any discrepancies in filings or assessments.
  • Manage and review indirect tax assessments, audits, and refund claims.
  • Liaise with tax authorities for the resolution of queries and issues related to indirect taxation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (Master's preferred).
  • Professional qualification in Indirect Taxation (GST certification, CA/CPA).
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, VAT, excise, and other applicable indirect taxes.
  • Strong understanding of tax planning, auditing, and compliance processes.
