Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee team revenue and provide exceptional service to clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our International Business Division Team. As a key member, you will work closely with Senior Account Directors to serve as a liaison between us and our clients.

  • Lead project execution, ensuring all responsibilities are met.
  • Foster a deep understanding of client research problems.
  • Develop and localize research instruments, including screener, discussion guides, and secondary market information.
  • Brief and train data collection teams on project objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, ethnographies, and micro-level monitoring of data collection.
  • Identify issues and provide timely actionable solutions to data collection teams.
  • Analyze qualitative data and report insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communication with clients efficiently.
  • Work closely with clients throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide relevant market information to ensure client comfort with local markets.
  • Proactively discuss issues and offer actionable solutions.
  • Attend client field visits and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and supporting skills.
Essential Skills/Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Skilled at deriving qualitative insights and constructing engaging research reports.
  • Open to travel across India for project management and client visits.
  • Experience servicing international clients is preferred.
