Senior Technical Program Manager

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical leadership skills. As a senior technical program manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact software projects from conception to delivery.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them. Your expertise in software development, testing, and deployment will be essential in guiding the team towards successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale software projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, addressing any technical issues or concerns that may arise during project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Analyze project progress, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, with a proven track record of success.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture, with a solid understanding of best practices.
