Job Overview

As a Senior Protection Specialist, you will oversee and enhance operational workflows for our brand protection services, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in developing new business models while driving innovation.

This role combines a startup mentality with the ability to shape the direction of new business, while overseeing client reporting and providing ongoing support. It offers significant autonomy with strong potential for growth as we expand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
  • Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Execution: Work closely with senior team members to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and innovation.
  • Business Development: Partner with colleagues to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
