Job Opportunity
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Abuse Risk Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in identifying and preventing abusive activity among millions of eCommerce transactions worldwide.
Your Responsibilities:- Investigate suspicious orders and behavior that pose a risk to Amazon's business.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets and quality standards for investigations to reduce abuse rates.
- Minimize customer loss and financial damage through invalid concessions.
- Work on projects designing and improving tools or processes by testing and/or developing recommendations for management.
- At least 2 years of experience in investigations, risk management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and work tactically and strategically.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
- Prior experience in design and execution of analytical projects is preferred.
- Coding skills in Java, Python, or Scala are advantageous.
