Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Enterprise Mobility team as an Infrastructure Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the underpinnings of our technology environment, ensuring seamless device lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and configuration.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Windows endpoint management capabilities
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement)
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, automate and document operational procedures and processes
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), device lifecycle management, troubleshooting & remote management
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
