Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Program Operations to lead our Service Delivery team in managing a wide range of programs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and overall success of our Global Centers of Competence (GCCs).

You will directly interact with our customers to help them achieve their long-term success by ensuring every program is delivered successfully and adds the highest possible value to their business. Your goal will be to showcase the best of our products and services and influence our clients' adoption of our offerings.

The Service Delivery Team focuses on collaborating with customers to execute their GCC roadmap as a commitment to our business stakeholders. As a member of this team, you will participate in customer meetings, interact with client Program Offices, work with stakeholders & executives, and engage in joint planning sessions. You will also present best practices and build relationships of trust with the customer.

Your responsibilities will include initiating and setting goals for programs according to our strategic objectives, planning programs from start to completion involving deadlines and milestones, ensuring contracts are fulfilled, and deploying services and products. You will develop or approve budgets and operations, manage the Profit and Loss (P&L), and devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.

In addition, you will lead cross-functional teams involved, provide feedback, and resolve complex problems. You will discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people and apply change, risk, and resource management principles when needed. You will also develop strong and trusted relationships with our GCC Leaders through timely and accurate communications, ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies, and perform project management processes such as initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a program/account director
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting
  • A business acumen with a strategic ability
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MBA or equivalent with 15+ years of experience
