Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Project Management: Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Design Review & Compliance: Standards and regulations.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and equipment inspection.
  • Installation & Commissioning: Electrical panels, transformers, switchgear, field instruments, and control systems.
  • Safety & Risk Management: Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and statutory compliance.
  • Communication & Leadership: Cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 12 to 16 years of experience in the field of Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation with a focus on Greenfield/Brownfield Steel Plant Projects.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Able to conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Experience with procurement and vendor management, including bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and equipment inspection.
  • Familiarity with electrical panel installation, transformer operation, switchgear maintenance, and control system commissioning.
  • Ability to manage safety risks and ensure compliance with electrical safety protocols and statutory requirements.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
