Job Role: Electrical Systems Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Leader to oversee our electrical projects in the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise in high voltage and low voltage systems, instrumentation, control systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA), and industrial automation.
  • Project Management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Design Review & Compliance with relevant standards.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management including bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and equipment inspection.
  • Installation & Commissioning of electrical panels, transformers, switchgear, field instruments, and control systems.
  • Safety & Risk Management with strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong Communication & Leadership for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

  • 12-16 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
  • Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield-Steel Plant Projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to design and implement electrical systems.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
