Job Title: NLP Data Scientist & AI Engineer - Large Language Models Expert

We are seeking an experienced NLP Data Scientist & AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy custom LLM-based models tailored to specific business needs.
  • Fine-tune foundation models for various applications.
  • Create text processing pipelines, entity recognition, language understanding, and speech-to-text integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems.
  • Conduct model evaluations, performance tuning, and experimentation for latency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
  • Proven track record in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs or transformer-based models.
  • Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals.
  • Experience with model deployment tools.
  • Exposure to data pipelines and MLOps tools.
  • Knowledge of speech-based interfaces or integration with telephony/speech systems is a strong plus.
  • Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agentic/LLM orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of model security, prompt injection risks, and observability.
