Job Title : Senior Data Scientist (5-10 Years)

Location : Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve business challenges.

- Lead and manage data science projects, from problem formulation to model deployment and monitoring.

- Develop and/or fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques for practical applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive models that enhance business decision-making.

- Drive innovation in AI/ML methodologies, ensuring the application of best practices in data science.

- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to improve model performance.

- Contribute to the development of data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and model performance evaluation.

- Mentor junior data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI.

- Expertise in AI/ML, data science, and advanced analytics techniques.

- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks

Sr. Data Scientist :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning techniques.

- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and scaling in a production environment.

- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and data wrangling.

- Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience in developing and fine-tuning NLP models and generative AI techniques.

- Familiarity with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).

- Knowledge of model interpretability and explainability techniques.
