Job Role: Strategic Financial Planner

We are seeking an accomplished strategic financial planner to join our finance and advisory team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing comprehensive financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Develop and analyze financial statements, management information reports, and performance dashboards.

• Financial Modelling: Design and implement financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support informed decision-making and fundraising activities.

• Project Reports: Prepare detailed project reports, feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.

• Taxation & Compliance: Manage direct tax, goods and services tax (GST), and taxation and deduction at source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.

• Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

• Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.

• Advisory & Strategy: Provide expert insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.

• Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and financial reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
