Advance Excel Enrollment Executive Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Advance Excel Enrollment Executive to manage employee data and ensure smooth operation of various insurance policies. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.

About the Role

  • The Advance Excel Enrollment Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate employee data for clients.
  • This role requires overseeing Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies (Employee Health and Benefits policies).
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with insurance companies for data additions, deletions, correction through endorsements, and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintaining an endorsement tracker and ensuring timely updates in system is another key responsibility of this role.
  • The Advance Excel Enrollment Executive will build and maintain professional relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Assisting clients' HR in data and CD statement reconciliation with insurer support is another key task in this role.
  • This position involves preparing weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and data statements for clients and client executives.
  • The Advance Excel Enrollment Executive will support client executives with data management for policy renewals.
  • Effectively managing data on internal enrollment portals is another key aspect of this role.
  • This position also involves providing assistance and resolving client queries through iTrack (ticketing tool).
  • Conducting periodic data reconciliation and submitting report to client is another key responsibility of this role.
  • Lastly, the Advance Excel Enrollment Executive will coordinate with TPAs for E-cards, DNF claims and no claim confirmation for deletion endorsement processing.
