Business Strategy Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Business Operations Manager. This individual will be responsible for contributing to strategic decision-making, providing operational leadership, and driving organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis: Provide recommendations, analysis, facilitation support, and process development to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Operational Leadership: Provide operational leadership to the team, enabling strategic foresight into the business and providing accurate information to colleagues and senior management.
- Organizational Excellence: Ensure organization-wide operational excellence to achieve set financial objectives and performance indicators.
- Presentation and Communication: Deliver strategic presentations to key stakeholders and assist with annual financial budget and monthly forecast processes.
- Profitability Management: Manage profitability by working with delivery, sales, and domain teams to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business and related activities.
Personal Qualities:
- Good communicator, self-motivated, dedicated, smart, and organized.
