We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to fill a key role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Perform thorough manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive database testing, including writing and executing SQL queries to verify data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using specialized tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test scenarios that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software meets organizational standards.
  • Analyze test results and provide clear, concise reports on software performance and issues to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in software testing (Freshers with strong knowledge are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing, automation testing using Selenium, Cypress, or Appium, and database testing using SQL.
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaboration techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
