Key Responsibilities: Food preparation and cooking is the cornerstone of this role. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking Indian and North Indian dishes according to standard recipes. This involves assisting in mise-en-place, ensuring ingredients are prepped for service, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes, supporting day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring timely execution, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen area, following food safety protocols and internal SOPs strictly.The Kitchen Team is an integral part of our operation, requiring a team player who can collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist where needed, help in packing and dispatching orders if required, follow proper grooming, punctuality, and discipline standards, adhere to shift timings including break shifts if assigned.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant kitchen experience, basic understanding of Indian and North Indian cuisine, physical fitness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, willingness to learn, take instructions, and work as part of a team, openness to work in break shifts if required.
