Senior User Experience Designer

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end product experiences that meet the needs of our customers. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop impactful UX solutions that drive business results.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate assumptions.
  • Communicate complex design ideas effectively through clear articulation and rationalization backed by data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong visual communication skills in sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, wireframing, and prototype building.
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin.
  • A solid understanding of human-centered design principles and their application in UX design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in fintech or related industries.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or Computer Science.
