Job Title

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills and leadership abilities.

The position involves designing and architecting solutions, participating in coding and testing, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance and implementing improvements as necessary.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • System Design: Design and architect solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Development: Participate in coding, testing, and debugging modules.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Vision Plus with other systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

8 Years of Relevant Experience:

  1. Proven experience as a Vision Plus developer or technical lead.
  2. Strong experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and mainframe technologies.
  3. Experience with DB2, VSAM, and TSO/ISPF.

Required Skills:

Batch processing, job scheduling, performance tuning, middleware technologies (IBM MQ, web services), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and coordination skills.

Work Environment:

This position requires working from a dedicated delivery center, occasional on-call support, and flexible hours to meet business needs. Collaboration with global teams is also necessary.
