We are seeking an experienced Bancassurance Professional to lead sales efforts through our partner bank branches in Surat.

  • Mentored and trained bank staff to generate referrals and leads, ensuring a consistent flow of business opportunities.
  • Monitored and reported on branch performance to ensure continuous business growth and aligned with company objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
  • Local candidates from Surat preferred for easier integration into the team.
