Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) leader to help define, drive, and implement our SRE strategy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will promote an 'Automate-first' culture in operating services by reducing toil and developing methodologies for automation and elimination of inefficiencies. They will collaborate with engineering teams to develop service metrics and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct capacity planning and perform chaos engineering exercises.
  • Lead architectural reviews for reliability and drive continuous improvement from incidents.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in SRE or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
