Key Responsibilities:

  • User Interface (UI): Create high-fidelity designs reflecting modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and developers to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
  • Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable design system including reusable components, typography, and color schemes.
  • Testing and Iteration: Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform's design.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, expertise in prototyping and interaction tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design and basic understanding of front-end development.
