About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with expertise in computer-aided engineering (CAE) software, specifically ANSYS and HyperMesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or automotive engineering and experience in performing CAE simulations to analyze and optimize product designs.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Perform structural, durability, and noise-vibration-harshness (NVH) simulations using CAE tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh.
- Interpret and validate results to provide design recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights.
- Prepare technical documentation and simulation reports.
- Optimize component design for weight, strength, noise, and vibration.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- CAE Experience: 5-8 years of design experience in CAE software, specifically ANSYS, HyperWorks, or equivalent.
- Automotive Industry Experience: Preferred experience in the automotive industry, especially in EV Powertrain CAE Simulation.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ANSYS and HyperMesh, good understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and maintain high-quality CAE models and simulations.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to cross-functional team efforts to drive innovation and improvement.
