The team you will be a part of

The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

Technical Expertise

This role in summary

- Proficient in Ansys/ Lsdyna, Harmonics, Linear & nonlinear, Fatigue life, and Creep analysis.
- Advantages of proficiency in 2D and 3D meshing of sheet metals and plastics using Altair-Hypermesh.

Experience- 2 To 6 Years

Education - M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Aerospace Engineering.

Required Technical Experience

- Excellent hands-on experience in design calculations
- Excellent understanding of materials and manufacturing processes (plastics, sheet metal forming)
- Excellent hands-on experience in FEA analysis of metal and plastics components.
- Ability to understand the physical problem, translate it to an FEA model, and interpret CAE analysis outcomes to provide design recommendations and solutions.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

- Should be able to convert physical / field problems into Simulation problems (BC definition) independently.
- Perform the Structural simulations, analyze the results, prepare proper reports with appropriate conclusions and suggestions to improve the product performance.
- Good at Result interpretation, may need help in designing solutions.
- Independently handle challenging projects and deliver solutions to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with different functions and stakeholders for project discussions.
- Pro-active knowledge documentation and sharing.
- Propose solutions and strategies to address technical failure risks

TECHNICAL

- Proficiency in Simulation tools like Hypermesh, Ansys WB, LS-Dyna, etc.
- Results interpretation skills.
