Job Title: Legal Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our intellectual property and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in trademark law, including knowledge of trademark journals opposition and rectification proceedings. You will be responsible for conducting thorough trademark searches, drafting cease and desist notices, and filing oppositions and counter-statements as needed.

A strong understanding of trade mark, design and copyright laws is essential, as is excellent drafting and oral communication skills. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for intellectual property law, we encourage you to apply.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Law graduate from a recognized University required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trademark and IP related work with 4+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of trademark journals opposition and rectification proceedings.
  • Expertise in trademark search, registration procedure, and cease & desist notice drafting.
  • Drafting of various documents in relation with Intellectual Property and their rights.
  • Drafting and filing of notice of Opposition, Counter statements, Affidavits etc for Trade Mark related matters.
