Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Cybersecurity Lead to spearhead our security strategy. This critical role will be instrumental in fortifying our organization's security posture, ensuring compliance with global standards, and serving as a key liaison with clients regarding our security protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Security Program Development: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and others as applicable.
  • Internal Auditing & Follow-Up: Conduct regular internal reviews of security practices, identify gaps or vulnerabilities, and ensure timely remediation.
  • Policy & Procedure Governance: Review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective and current clients to explain our security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to the organization's security framework and practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Expertise: Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Experience communicating technical security concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, or similar.
