About the Role:
  • We seek a skilled leader to manage our service team in delivering exceptional service and support.
  • The ideal candidate will lead and manage a high-performing service team for DG sets and industrial equipment.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop strategies for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with customers, fleet owners, and OEMs to understand their service requirements and preferences.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service delivery and ensure their satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and quality while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent experience.
  • Any level of experience; freshers with technical skills encouraged to apply; prior experience in Engine Service or Industrial Machine Servicing an asset.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
