Job Title: Digital Solutions Architect

About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for defining requirements and designing digital solutions to meet business process needs. As a vital member of our team, your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into functional design solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Expected to work independently and become an expert in your field.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute to finding solutions to workplace challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and develop digital solutions based on business process requirements.
  • Implement best practices for digital solution design and development.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure digital solution functionality.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Requirements:
  • Mandatory skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in customizing ServiceNow applications.

Additional Information:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. This role is based at our office location.
