Senior Backend Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team.

  • Develop and implement strategies for optimized data storage, high availability, and failover mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to architectural design decisions and improve product functionality through new feature development and enhancements.
  • Manage and improve continuous integration procedures to enhance team efficiency.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reduce technical debt and enable rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Address performance and scalability issues, taking ownership of complex requirements and breaking them down into manageable deliverables.
  • Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and training to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles and Scrum meetings to ensure effective team collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, driving technical excellence within the team.
Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Programming languages: Python, JavaScript, C#, Java
  • Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Graph databases
  • Reporting tools: Power BI, Grafana
  • API knowledge: REST, SOAP
  • DevOps experience and cloud IoT platforms

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Senior Backend Developer
