We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement backend services in Rust, optimize performance, memory usage, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement backend services in Rust, focusing on performance optimization and reliability.

  • Apply best practices for secure coding, conduct thorough code reviews, and implement testing strategies to prevent vulnerabilities and maintain system integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Rust Expertise: Strong proficiency in Rust programming and its ecosystem, including crates, testing frameworks, and tooling.
  • Backend & Distributed Systems: Understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
  • Performance & Concurrency: Proven experience profiling applications, optimizing performance-critical code paths, and handling concurrency safely and efficiently.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Comfortable with Git-based workflows, continuous integration, and automated testing pipelines.
