Job Requirements:
  • We seek an experienced backend developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
  • Optimize server and database performance, implement effective caching strategies to ensure seamless user experience
  • Ensure robust authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, RBAC for secure access control
  • Work collaboratively with microservices and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for efficient data exchange
  • Write clean, well-structured code following SOLID principles for high maintainability
  • Prioritize collaboration with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and scale services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Act as a mentor to junior developers and facilitate regular code reviews
  • Troubleshoot and debug production issues promptly to maintain system reliability
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to streamline development processes
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation

A minimum of 3.5 years of backend development experience, proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, query optimization, and schema design are required.
