We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads expert to lead our paid media efforts, specifically in e-commerce and app ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid performance metrics, including the e-commerce funnel, app install strategies, and search campaigns.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role with strong ownership and clear performance accountability, reporting directly to the Performance Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Google Ads Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and execute structured full-funnel strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns across Search, Performance Max (PMax), Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube.
    • Own and optimize purchase event tracking, campaign attribution, and audience strategies.
  • Campaign & Budget Management:
    • Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Google Ads budgets with a focus on ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
    • Monitor campaign performance daily and take real-time actions for efficiency and growth.
    • Utilize Keyword Planner, Auction Insights, and advanced campaign diagnostics.
  • App & Offline Store Marketing:
    • Execute Google UAC campaigns for app installs and retention.
    • Strategize and run store visit, event-based, and hyperlocal targeting campaigns for offline activation.
  • Creative & Content Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with brand and graphic teams to define creative requirements for search copy, display banners, and video ads.
    • Share clear briefs with the shoot and brand team for performance-first creatives.
  • Research & Experimentation:
    • Conduct competitor research, keyword gap analysis, and e-commerce trend tracking.
    • Continuously test new ad formats, audience segments, and placements.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal reviews.
    • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align Google efforts with broader business goals.
