About this Role

We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our efforts, shape our brand voice and drive engagement. As an Assistant Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and executing high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive content strategies across all channels, including social media, emailers, banners, landing pages, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, video scripts and broadcasts.
  • Lead a team of copywriters, social media managers and campaign executives in writing, editing and proofreading high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
  • Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in click-through rates, engagement and conversions through data-backed communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation, messaging frameworks and brand voice consistency.

Social Media & Community Building

  • Manage our presence on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and emerging platforms.
  • Increase followership growth, engagement metrics and ROI from community building in line with company objectives.
  • Implement innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recall.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and scale a team of professionals, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration between content, design, alliances and performance marketing teams.
  • Foster a culture that is both data-driven and creative-first.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, social media leadership and professional copywriting (agency or brand side).
  • Strong portfolio of high-impact campaigns, social media growth and compelling copy.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and social media tools.
  • Analytical yet creative mindset – able to turn insights into compelling campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
