Job Opportunity: Networking Managed Services Engineer

Are you passionate about providing top-notch managed services to clients?

  • We are seeking a skilled Networking Managed Services Engineer to join our team.

This role requires a strong understanding of networking technologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for monitoring client infrastructure, identifying and resolving technical issues, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively monitor work queues and perform operational tasks to resolve incidents/requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide second-level support, identifying root causes of issues and communicating with clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with automation teams to optimize effort and automate routine tasks.
  • Coach Service Desk and L1 teams on technical and behavioral skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • CCNP or equivalent certification.
  • Moderate level of relevant managed services experience.
  • Proficiency in ticketing tools, preferably Service Now.
