At Shop Pros, we are seeking a talented Business Growth Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in institutional and corporate sales, with a strong network of contacts and the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and building long-term partnerships.
You will work closely with our design and project teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation & Closure: Identify new opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and drive opportunities from initiation to closure.
- Strategic Outreach: Represent Shop Pros at industry events, network with stakeholders, and position the firm as a trusted partner in retail design.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client needs, showcasing Shop Pros' value proposition.
- Collaboration: Partner with the design and project teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Sales Goals: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Market Insights: Monitor retail trends and emerging opportunities to keep Shop Pros ahead of the curve.
- Experience: 4–6 years in sales; institutional and corporate sales background preferred.
- Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers.
