As a Senior Dotnet Developer, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of millions by designing, developing, and maintaining innovative tools that support our mission to enhance healthcare performance, cost, and quality.

We are expanding our suite of Improvement Apps that contribute to healthcare analytics and process improvement solutions. These products manage health system populations, better serve patients at the point of care, reduce health system costs, and reduce clinician workload.

You will use Test-Driven Development to safely enhance and refactor our system, shipping production code multiple times per week.

Key responsibilities include interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports on patient engagement with content.

Contribute to the design and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical analysis and data quality used in our ML/AI services.

Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, extract data sets from relational databases, and maintain databases/data systems that can be incorporated into our data products.

Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs, and locate new process improvement opportunities.
