We are seeking highly skilled Eloqua developers to join our dynamic marketing automation team at Alignity Solutions. As an Eloqua expert, you will design, develop, and implement automated marketing campaigns, manage data integrations, optimize lead scoring, and troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Development:
    • Design and develop automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua.
    • Handle email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring efforts.
  2. Data Management:
    • Setup, manage, and maintain data integrations between Eloqua and CRM systems.
  3. Lead Scoring & Segmentation:
    • Develop and optimize lead scoring models.
    • Segment audiences based on customer behavior and demographics for targeted campaigns.
  4. Eloqua Configuration:
    • Manage and configure Eloqua settings, including user permissions, data fields, and API integrations.
  5. Testing & Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
    • Optimize workflows for better campaign performance.
  6. Reporting & Analytics:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Generate reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  7. Troubleshooting:
    • Identify and resolve technical issues related to data syncing, email deliverability, and other Eloqua functionalities.
  8. Training & Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and training to marketing users on Eloqua best practices and system functionality.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing automation tools (preferably Eloqua).
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
