">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage transactions according to quality standards.
  2. Field client inquiries through telephone or email while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
  3. Document user information including name, department, contact details, and nature of problem or issue.
  4. Update availability in the RAVE system to optimize process productivity.
  5. Track, document, and record all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately diagnosing and resolving client issues.
  • Provide product support and resolution to clients through effective troubleshooting and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Maintain logs and records of customer queries as per standard procedures and guidelines.
  • Process and record all incoming calls and emails using designated tracking software.
  • Offer alternative solutions to clients where appropriate with the goal of retaining customers and their business.
